White Sands Metaverse Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the White Sands Metaverse website and Platform for the sale of NFTs, virtual experiences, and may also provide mobile application (the “Services”).

If you optionally agree to provide marketing services, such as posting about your NFTs on social media, or want to receive certain merchandise, then you will be required to provide certain personally identifiable information so that we can compensate you or provide such merchandise, and comply with any reporting and tax requirements. When you participate in social features such as chat features, any audio, visual, and/or electronic information that you disclose may be read, copied, collected, or used by other players, and may become publicly available.

Your avatar profile information, interactions, and certain statistics are visible. We may record actions of your avatar and replay those actions to other players.

We use certain information about your Minecraft account to enable your access to the parcel associated with your NFT and to enable you to utilize the features of our Platform.

Usage Data - We may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Services or when you access the Services by or through gaming platform or a mobile device (“Usage Data”).

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Services by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When using a device to access the Services, we may collect device event information, including crash reports. In all cases, we may collect request and referral URLs, and system activity details (e.g., whether you encountered an error or lost Internet access).

Location Data - We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Services, to improve and customize our Services.

You can enable or disable Location Data when you use our Services at any time, through your device settings.

Tracking Cookies Data - We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and hold certain information.

Advertising:

Currently, White Sands Metaverse does not use advertising, but if in the future White Sands Metaverse does provide advertising, you will be notified, in which case you can stop using White Sands Metaverse or may be offered the opportunity to set your advertising preferences.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), White Sands Metaverse’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Cal. Bus. And Prof. Code Section 22575 requires us to notify you how we deal with the “Do Not Track” settings in your browser. Currently, White Sands Metaverse ’s system does not respond to the Do Not Track settings. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
