MPC Early Access

Our first master-planned community (MPC) was White Sands Islands Villas. We anticipate that is the first of many exclusive pre-built home options available to the residents of White Sands. For all of our master-planned communities, we will provide early access to Genesis Parcel Passes holders. Given that many of them will have a scarce supply (e.g. White Sands Islands only hosts 250 Villas), we expect in some cases to never hold a public sale. Should we have more demand than supply when our MPCs go on sale, we will hold a lottery to determine which Parcel Pass holders can make initial purchases.
